Job Description

Join Avis Budget Group as a part-time Rental Car Lot Customer Service Representative and work outdoors helping customers with their rental experience. This role offers competitive pay, training, and a variety of employee benefits while being part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the rental or return process on airport lots
  • Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
  • Process rentals for loyalty customers
  • Assist customers at exit gates or checking-in cars at return
  • Provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Regular on-site presence required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
