Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with access to medical staff and programs
Enhance communications and resolve patient concerns
Contribute to educational seminars and screening programs
Utilize information from both computerized and paper systems
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in health care administration or office management
Knowledge of medical terminology
Interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational and administrative skills
Ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Baccalaureate Degree
At least 2 years of experience in customer service and office management
