Job Description:

What You Bring:

• Valid and active Oregon Respiratory Therapist License
  
• Proven experience in respiratory and cardiac patient care
  
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to respond swiftly in critical situations
  
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Education & Experience:

• A minimum of a completed associate’s degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or related health sciences
  
• Prior experience in acute care, ICU, or emergency settings is highly preferred
  
• Familiarity with the latest respiratory treatment protocols and equipment
