Key Responsibilities
Develop short and long-term goals and oversee the operation of the pharmacy.
Prepare and monitor the annual budget.
Assess pharmacy services for quality improvements and business development.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and enforce policies for safe medication use.
Collaborate with medical staff and pharmacy leadership.
Recruit, train, and manage pharmacy staff.
Precept pharmacy students and residents as applicable.
Required Qualifications
Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D; Bachelor of Pharmacy) from an accredited school of pharmacy
Five years experience, with two years in direct people management/leadership
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification required within 90 days of employment
Pharmacist License - Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
