FM is seeking a Collections Associate to manage collection activities and ensure timely payment of premiums from clients. The role involves collaborating with account teams globally to optimize cash flow and improve collection processes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and collection of all premiums due
Timely follow-up and communication with account teams and customers for delinquent payments
Support resolution of outstanding premium
Review and reconcile bordereaux payments
Initiate and maintain communication within the ERP system
Provide supporting documentation for invoicing and collections queries
Conduct ad hoc requests as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in finance/accounting preferred, or equivalent education and work experience
1+ year in collections
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently within specific timeframes
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of accounts receivable and experience in collections
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years in collections
