First Connect Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Sanford, Florida. Job Description & Requirements

Job Requirements:

• 1 years of Recent Acute Care ICU Stepdown RN experience. *would be interested in speaking with candidates that have 3 years of Cardiac PCU or Multisystem PCU experience!
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. 

Additional Information:

· Beds: ICU stepdown has 15 beds

· Nurse to Patient Ratio: 3 to 1 ratio sometimes can go to 4

· It’s a true stepdown unit takes drips and long-term vents.

Salary Range: $31.86- $36.12 (5 years of experience)- $40.44 (10 years of experience) - $46.28 (17 years of experience)

Shift Differentials:  $4.50 nights; $1.50 weekends

Sign On: (Till the end of Q3; After that, they'll revaluate on the amount)

• For Day Shift: $15k
• For Night Shift: $20k
