Key Responsibilities
Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
Providing day-to-day Physical Therapy treatments to meet resident’s needs
Following regulations and company policies for care provision and documentation
Implementing residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences
Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies
Current CPR Certification
Current State of Maryland license in physical therapy
