Pay: $3057/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care for patients with diverse medical and surgical needs while monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs. The RN will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in both medical-surgical and telemetry nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit with telemetry monitoring.
Assess, monitor, and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in WI
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
COVID vaccine, recent TB test
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg or Telemetry experience
