Key Responsibilities
Assist Pro customers with locating, demonstrating, and ordering merchandise
Communicate benefits of Lowe's Pro Supply services
Utilize CRM to build customer relationships and enhance service
Promote MVPs Pro rewards and Pro Credit solutions
Train cross-functionally to enhance customer service
Complete other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years sales experience
1-2 years customer service experience
Ability to lift items up to 25lbs unassisted
Available to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
Familiarity with retail technology
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years experience in a sales environment with required sales goals
1-2 years experience entering and submitting customer sales orders
Professional certification related to the department
