Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment
Manage the reimbursement process
Assist in policy updates regarding resident assessment and care plans
Participate in facility surveys by government agencies
Work with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to complete comprehensive MDS and care plans
Monitor compliance of the MDS process
Perform employee performance evaluations and manage MDS staffing
Required Qualifications
Current and active RN license
1 year of experience in the RAI process
Knowledge of state and federal requirements
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of long-term care facility experience
