Acrisure is seeking a visionary Head of Sales Enablement to transform financial services distribution across North America. This role involves driving marketing and sales support initiatives to deepen client engagement and foster solution adoption, ultimately leading to revenue growth. You will lead a team and collaborate closely with sales professionals to ensure effective communication of value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in marketing, sales enablement, or revenue growth role
  • Strong background in financial services technology, SaaS, or insurance solutions
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams
  • Deep understanding of small to mid-sized businesses in insurance and financial services
  • Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building out enablement infrastructure in a high-growth organization
