Shift Type: Evenings
Shift Times: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Hours/Day: 8
Shift Notes: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM / 40 hours guaranteed
Weekend Requirements: Facility-determined schedule
On Call Requirements: Facility-determined schedule
Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, provide skilled nursing care to a group of residents/patients, including assessment, implementation, and evaluation of individualized plans of care. Supervise care provided by nursing assistants and support staff. Ensure adherence to facility policies, State Nurse Practice Act, and JCAHO standards where applicable.
Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for residents/patients.
Supervise nursing assistants and support staff in providing resident/patient care.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Follow all facility policies and procedures and comply with State Nurse Practice Act.
Demonstrate leadership and mentoring consistent with Villa’s principles of exceptional care and service.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
Promote excellent customer service and compassionate interactions with residents, families, and staff.
Minimum 2 years SNF/LTC or Med Surg experience – Required
BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) – Required
COVID-19 vaccination – Required (Medical & Religious Exemptions considered)
Previous travel experience – Required
