Key Responsibilities
Medication administration per physician orders
Physician ordered treatments including nutrition via a feeding tube
Tracheostomy care
Suctioning — nasal, oral and/or endotracheal
Ventilation care
Seizure assessment and treatment
Required Qualifications
Current, active Florida LPN license
Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
1-Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
