Key Responsibilities
Model and provide feedback on customer experiences
Ensure high-level customer service through problem-solving
Enhance in-store customer experience by promoting Macy's mobile app
Plan and monitor total store activities with People Leaders
Lead colleagues in task execution
Provide continuous feedback to improve customer experience
Perform store opening and closing procedures
Maintain standards for By Online Pickup in Store and Curbside services
Educate colleagues on point of sale technology and applications
Required Qualifications
Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficient in communicating effectively with customers
Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations
Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of direct retail experience
