Key Responsibilities

  • Model and provide feedback on customer experiences
  • Ensure high-level customer service through problem-solving
  • Enhance in-store customer experience by promoting Macy's mobile app
  • Plan and monitor total store activities with People Leaders
  • Lead colleagues in task execution
  • Provide continuous feedback to improve customer experience
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain standards for By Online Pickup in Store and Curbside services
  • Educate colleagues on point of sale technology and applications

Required Qualifications

  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in communicating effectively with customers
  • Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of direct retail experience
