$60,367.47 - $90,551.20The Quality Management Coordinator II chief responsibility is to collect and submit reliable data and help coordinate projects as assigned by interacting with internal staff, external QIT team contacts or others involvedEssential Functions
Identifies patients for inclusion in the program or registry through the application of inclusion/exclusion criteria and protocols. Collects data components in accordance with data dictionary / specification manual, through the effective utilization of the hospital medical record and information systems. Is an advanced end user of the AMC EMR for lookup and navigation, including EDM. Demonstrates appropriate utilization of resources necessary to obtain valid, reliable data for entry into clinical registries.
Education Education Level Education Details Required/ Preferred Vocational School Diploma RHIA, RHIT, LPN/LVN, RN or related 2-year degree working within an EMR and/or collecting clinical information required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate Work Experience Experience Experience Details Required/ Preferred RHIA, RHIT, LPN/LVN, RN or related 2-year degree
