Join Sevita as a Program Supervisor to lead a mission-driven team providing critical support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll play a vital role in enhancing lives through supervision, support, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
Supervise a team of Caregivers
Provide support to individuals receiving services
Split duties between direct support, professional activities, and supervision
Facilitate community involvement
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
One year related work experience
Must be 18 years or older
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
