Job Description
Join Hope Network as a Pediatric Speech Therapist where you'll provide vital speech therapy services to individuals with communication disorders. Collaborate with a dynamic team and enjoy a flexible work schedule while making a significant impact on clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech language pathology diagnostic and treatment services using standardized and informal assessment procedures.
Ensure individual assessment and participation with goal identification and treatment planning.
Complete timely documentation of treatment notes, progress reports, and other necessary documents.
Monitor individuals’ progress and maintain accurate records of treatment.
Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team for assigned individuals.
Provide education and training to direct care staff, families, and other team members.
Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and program development.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active licensure in Michigan
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Ability to work with consumers having special needs due to neurological disability/TBI
Ability to design, implement, update, and document treatment programs
