Job Description
Join Carrier as an HVAC Installer and become the face of confidence for our customers. Utilize your HVAC expertise to impact installations, repairs, and maintenance projects, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions
Performing scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units
Installing, replacing, or repairing HVAC equipment
Assembling and installing metal ductwork
Assisting in planning and designing new installations
Providing estimates of materials required
Reading blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams
Establishing effective relationships with customers
Safely operating company vehicles and equipment
Recognizing risks and implementing safety controls
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
5+ years practical working experience in the HVAC Industry
Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs
Valid and current Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of building automation controls
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
