Job Description
Join DriveTime as a Loan Advisor where you'll play a crucial role in helping customers navigate their auto loans. You'll collect past due payments, negotiate solutions, and build lasting relationships, all while contributing to a supportive and growth-oriented workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive relationships with customers
Educate, negotiate with, and build relationships with customers regarding their accounts
Monitor and ensure regular follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans and modifications
Utilize company resources for customer assistance
Effectively navigate multiple systems to manage account information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
