Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Tax Prep Analysts and Case Managers
Provide continuous training and coaching to improve team performance
Monitor pipeline dashboards to track case progression
Review team KPIs and ensure compliance with daily tasks
Handle escalated client calls with empathy
Collaborate with internal departments for seamless client experiences
Maintain accurate case records and CRM updates
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role
Hands-on tax preparation experience (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041, 941, amended and state returns)
Familiarity with Schedules A, B, C, D, and E
Experience managing a client-facing team in financial services, tax resolution, lending, or a similar field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and decision-making skills
Proficiency with CRM systems, TalkDesk or similar platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace

Proven ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
