Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Tax Prep Analysts and Case Managers
  • Provide continuous training and coaching to improve team performance
  • Monitor pipeline dashboards to track case progression
  • Review team KPIs and ensure compliance with daily tasks
  • Handle escalated client calls with empathy
  • Collaborate with internal departments for seamless client experiences
  • Maintain accurate case records and CRM updates

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role
  • Hands-on tax preparation experience (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041, 941, amended and state returns)
  • Familiarity with Schedules A, B, C, D, and E
  • Experience managing a client-facing team in financial services, tax resolution, lending, or a similar field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, TalkDesk or similar platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace

  • Proven ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
