Location: South Ogden, UT
We are working with an outpatient ABA clinic serving children up to age 18, with a focus on younger/early-intervention clients. Each location is independently operated, so you’ll avoid the feel of a large corporate environment while benefiting from a stable, well-supported structure. They do not provide in-home or residential services, focusing instead on high-quality outpatient care.

Position Details:
- Full-time, M-F, 9-5 schedule
- Work from home 1 day/week
- Onsite presence only required when clients are onsite, so full 8-hour days onsite are rare
- Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee and provide clinical guidance to RBTs
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Collaborate with families to support client success
- Ensure documentation and treatment plans meet clinical and insurance standards
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
