Key Responsibilities
Guide the development and implementation of coordinated policies and care projects
Spearhead collaboration with regional and local leadership
Ensure resource allocation and competencies for patient needs
Mentor and motivate Directors, Managers, and staff
Identify and implement collaborative performance improvement projects
Develop and oversee operational and capital budgets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a health-related field
Master's Degree (preferably in Nursing) or equivalent in MHA, MBA, MS, MPH, MSN, or a specialty field
California Registered Nurse License upon hire
At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital administration or a specialty field
Exceptional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
BC-CNAA certification
