Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a complex ticketing system
Deliver enterprise-grade software and features
Champion code ownership and best practices
Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle
Mentor colleagues and promote continuous improvement
Troubleshoot and debug issues
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in software development
At least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React with Redux
Strong understanding of distributed computing principles
Ability to lead projects and mentor engineers
Experience with all phases of software engineering
Preferred Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
Experience with customer service systems
Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka
Strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
