Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development
  • At least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React with Redux
  • Strong understanding of distributed computing principles
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor engineers
  • Experience with all phases of software engineering

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with customer service systems
  • Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
