Key Responsibilities
Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs
Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans
Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
Involve and advise family members when appropriate
Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
Required Qualifications
Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields
Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist license
2+ years' experience with providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment
Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively
Superb organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
Familiarity with NextGen EHR system
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in software applications
