Job Description
Join Johns Hopkins Community Physicians as a Clinical Documentation Specialist II and play a vital role in enhancing the accuracy of medical records. Key Responsibilities
Improve quality and accuracy of inpatient medical records
Collaborate with physicians and staff for proper documentation
Ensure coding, risk, and severity assessments are accurate
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's degree in related field
Current RN license
RHIT or RHIA certification
Advanced Clinical Documentation Certification
Minimum of 2 years as a Clinical Documentation Specialist
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of clinical experience in healthcare setting
Experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement
