Key Responsibilities
Serve as the practice management specialist for wealth management business models
Provide advanced expertise on business models and organizational design
Deliver presentations and workshops for advisors
Build a comprehensive business toolkit for advisors
Design and deliver interactive workshops with actionable outcomes
Support Business Development team’s practice management coaching programs
Develop expertise in MassMutual’s advisor platform and resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years’ experience in financial services or serving small business owners
3+ years of experience working with financial advisors
Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprinted background check
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Deep understanding of issues facing financial advisors as small business owners
Advanced expertise in business structure
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
