Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups with self-care and behavioral needs
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis

Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
