Job Description

Join Disney Vacation Club as a Sales Support & Services Manager and lead a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency. You will oversee multiple Sales Centers and manage DVC's presence onboard Disney Cruise Line, ensuring the team excels in service and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead various areas of operation including multiple Sales Centers and Disney Cruise Line
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the Operations team
  • Effectively communicate team expectations and supervise team performance
  • Enhance guest experience and optimize resource utilization
  • Implement strategic programs and manage change among Cast members
  • Collaborate with leaders from Non-Operations departments
  • Manage DVC's presence onboard Disney Cruise Line
  • Oversee virtual event productions and optimize technology use
  • Align sales strategies and guest experience enhancements with Walt Disney World Resort
  • Ensure necessary infrastructure for sales operations
  • Collaborate with production teams to create effective sales collateral
  • Direct a transportation team ensuring operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience leading and/or supporting sales team operations
  • Understanding of the sales process, including customer engagement and conversion strategy
  • Understanding of labor and auditing functionality
  • Ability to identify, nurture, and invest in talent within your team
  • Capability to lead and supervise Cast performance and drive operational improvements
  • Commitment to diversity and encouraging an inclusive work environment
  • Ability to collaborate with partners and provide solutions
  • Proficiency in prioritizing and managing projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in facilitating presentations in front of groups
  • Advanced proficiency in using computer programs, including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
  • Available to travel and work onboard Disney Cruise Line
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as Guest Experience Manager
  • Knowledge of Walt Disney World policies and procedures
  • Workforce Management Experience
  • Experience with continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in effectively managing vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in using software such as Smartsheet, Avaya/Telecom, and CRM programs
  • Experience with IT systems to design virtual presentation sessions
