Job Overview

As a Sales Trainee at Don Hattan Ford, youll:

• **Engage Customers:**Reach out to leads via phone, text, and email

to schedule appointments and answer inquiries.

• **Learn Sales Skills:**Learn to guide customers through the vehicle

selection process, focusing on their needs and preferences.

• **Work Deals:**Conduct test drives, do vehicle presentations, and

negotiate fair pricing.

• **Stay Informed:**Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep

up with the latest vehicle models and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.

strategies.

• Assist with test drives and answer customer questions confidently.
• Prepare and review sale-related paperwork with accuracy.
• Maintain an organized and clean showroom environment.

Qualifications
