Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement total rewards strategies
Design and manage competitive compensation structures
Evaluate and manage benefits strategy
Educate employees on total rewards offerings
Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
Conduct regular market analyses for competitive compensation practices
Support corporate employees with onboarding and employee relations
Lead leave of absence process and ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of human resources management
