Intuit is looking for a Senior Tax Associate to work remotely during tax season. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of tax preparation experience and an active tax credential, bringing their expertise to help clients navigate tax complexities. Key Responsibilities

  • Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
  • Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
  • Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries
  • Interact with customers via video and audio tools
  • Document customer interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

  • Active PTIN
  • Unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
  • Minimum of 2 years paid tax experience
  • Experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws
  • Excellent customer service skills
