Key Responsibilities
Provides professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act
Collaborates with other members of the health care team
Integrates the nursing roles of clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership
Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice
Required Qualifications
Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
1 year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical commensurate
2 years of Behavioral Health assignments only: In acute or ambulatory Behavioral Health
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility
Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting
Recent prior experience with phone triage
3 years of Behavioral Health assignments only: Progressive experience, including medication management
