Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment
Troubleshoot technical problems
Replace system components as assigned
Drive to customer homes to perform service
Diagnose causes of problems or failures in systems
Educate and train customers on system usage
Conduct thorough walkthroughs with customers
Install and test equipment operations
Identify opportunities to improve customer systems
Maintain safety practices and clean job sites
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED
Good driving record and Valid driver’s license
Excellent customer service skills
Working knowledge of how an alarm system operates
Must be ok with climbing ladders and working at heights
Must be ok working in tight spaces such as crawlspaces, attics and basements
Low-voltage license or alarm installation certification
NICET I
