Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to members regarding medication adherence
Answer inbound calls and assist members with inquiries
Document calls with accurate information
Perform review of claims documentation for accuracy
Support internal staff with Medicare drug issues
Mentor new employees as needed
Participate in pharmacy quality improvement initiatives
Maintain eligibility information confidentially
Meet application deadlines
Exhibit excellent phone and communication skills
Request additional information for applications
Adhere to assigned schedule and quality metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in Texas
National Pharmacy Technician Certification
1+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
6+ months of experience in a call center setting
Intermediate knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
Intermediate writing skills
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
Beginner knowledge of Medicare Part D
Preferred Qualifications
PBM experience
Beginner knowledge of NCPDP and prescription drug claims
Working knowledge of Medicare Part B and Part D coverage
Bilingual
