Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the restaurant in absence of the Senior/General Manager
  • Achieve sales growth through maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Interview and hire qualified staff
  • Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant
  • Train and develop crew members
  • Conduct crew and management team meetings
  • Maintain an adequate supply of all products
  • Ensure adherence to cash procedures
  • Recognize and adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 2 years of management experience
  • Available to work all shifts and weekends
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills
