Perform expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance Identify and source parts, supplies, and repair items Independently perform maintenance as per industry standards Work with Planner Scheduler to optimize preventative maintenance procedures Setup and operate multiple machining operations Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement activities Troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems Utilize predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data Update records and analyze data High School Graduate or equivalent (GED) Associates degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience in specific industry 7 years of experience in specific industry Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and general maintenance of applicable process equipment Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems Ability to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate Experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations Ability to travel as required
