Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
• Ensure patient comfort and inform them about procedures
• Administer medications and perform clinical treatments
• Document patient care and monitor patient conditions
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Collaborate with care team for coordinated patient care
• Evaluate patient and family learning needs
• Advocate for patient well-being
• Participate in staff meetings and adhere to policies
