As the Director of Market Access Contracting, you will lead a team to negotiate and manage market access contracts, ensuring patient access to innovative therapies. This role emphasizes strategic contract management and collaboration with various internal teams, while also driving process improvements through automation and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team responsible for negotiating contracts with managed care customers
Oversee development and negotiation of agreements with Medicare and Medicaid
Conduct financial modeling and risk analyses for contracts
Collaborate with various internal teams to evaluate contracting opportunities
Analyze specialty product reimbursement and utilization management criteria
Partner with teams on new product launch contracting strategies
Drive continuous improvement of contract management processes
Manage all Legal requests
Foster team development and encourage a culture of innovation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field
7+ years of experience in the US pharmaceutical industry, with emphasis on contracting, pricing, or market access
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership in coaching and mentoring
Effective communication and influencing skills
