Job Description
Join E-Therapy as a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist and make a difference in K-12 students' lives. Work from home while providing essential speech and language therapy services with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs
Provide direct therapy services to students targeting various communication skills
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational team members
Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions
Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Document therapy sessions and progress reports accurately
Participate in IEP meetings providing input regarding students' needs
Required Qualifications
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Passionate about working with K-12 students in a virtual setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in teletherapy or online counseling
Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology
