Inizio Engage is looking for a passionate Hospital Sales Specialist to lead business development in key hospital accounts. This role involves managing territory growth, educating healthcare professionals on critical treatments, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive success. Key Responsibilities
Develop new accounts and grow existing accounts through customer relationships and effective territory management
Implement marketing programs to increase market share of promoted products
Maintain call frequency with assigned targets and update as necessary
Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales targets
Create compelling rationales for the value of promoted products during customer discussions
Review and evaluate purchasing and prescribing patterns
Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with the account team
Ensure a consistent customer experience through effective communication and collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
5+ years’ hospital/institutional sales experience
Demonstrated history of documented achievement of sales performance
Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with patient groups, hospital pharmacies, and distributors
