Job Description
Join AdventHealth as a part-time CT Technologist, where you'll perform essential imaging procedures to aid in patient diagnosis and care. This role is vital for ensuring patient safety and delivering high-quality diagnostic images.
Key Responsibilities
Perform neuro and body imaging scans on patients of all ages
Educate patients concerning exams and screen for contrast allergies
Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain infection control
Ensure high-quality diagnostic images and manage exam orders via computer systems
Communicate with physicians and adhere to safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Completion of radiologic technology training
A.R.R.T. registration
General radiographer state license as required by state
Preferred Qualifications
Computed Tomography A.R.R.T.(CT) certification
