Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Medical Customer Service Representative, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of plasma donors. Your responsibilities will include donor screening, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a friendly and efficient center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors
Record donor vital signs and finger stick results
Use Donor Information System for donor charts and records
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
Ability to lift up to 5 lbs, and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs
