Join Staples as an Inside Sales Manager to collaborate with stakeholders and enhance public awareness of Quill’s business solutions. This role focuses on driving sales growth and supporting various initiatives while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with external partners
Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content
Partner with marketing channels for awareness of Quill offerings
Primary contact for contract support and new member onboarding
Train sales teams on buying group updates
Support conference setups and collect attendance
Audit Quill landing pages for accuracy
Work with pricing team for collateral updates
Assist in launching large buying group sales initiatives
Attend and support conferences as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
3+ years of Sales Experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Good decision-making skills
Adaptable to change
Ability to collaborate with external and internal teams
Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
Office 365 and Adobe proficiency
