Job Description
Join CarMax as an Automotive Painter where you'll be responsible for the entire paint application process, including minor repairs and paint preparation. Key Responsibilities
Complete paint application and minor repairs
Participate in problem-solving and improvement activities
Ensure vehicles meet CarMax Paint Standards
Maintain and clean all equipment
Ensure proper inventory of tools and chemicals
Provide outstanding customer service
Complete assigned duties from managers
Required Qualifications
Ability to complete paint application
Experience with minor repairs (sanding and grinding)
Skills in paint preparation (color matching and mixing)
