Key Responsibilities
Expand market presence in the Labor / Taft-Hartley channel
Develop long-term relationships with industry leaders and stakeholders
Build a pipeline of opportunities across the Labor sector
Attend and present at conferences and networking events
Document and report on sales activity in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
10+ years of relevant work experience
Strong network of existing relationships within the Labor / Taft-Hartley market
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Business Development experience in the Labor channel
Experience with fund management
Trades experience with union-related funds
