About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our imaging team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team , supporting Radiologists in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures . This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent patient care, and the ability to operate imaging equipment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist Radiologists with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Ensure proper processing and transmission of images to PACS.
• Operate and maintain mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment .
• Monitor and ensure adherence to safety and radiation protection protocols .
• Provide compassionate care and clear instructions to patients undergoing procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards .

Qualifications:

• Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH
• A.R.R.T. or N.M.T.C.B. Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required
• Minimum one year of acute clinical radiology experience
• At least one year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic/Fluoroscopic equipment
• Strong understanding of anatomy and medical terminology
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCNMT or CAMRT
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification required
• Proficient computer skills
