Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service and communication
Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment
Utilize diagnostic tools for airflow and electrical challenges
Maintain accurate logs of work performed and truck inventory
Educate customers on home comfort, efficiency, and safety
Assist in developing junior service technicians
Follow company systems related to the service department
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years of HVAC experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes
EPA Universal Certification
Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
