Join North Texas Float Pool as a Clinical Resource Director and play a key role in optimizing clinical expense management for surgery centers. This position offers an opportunity to lead initiatives, build strategic alliances, and contribute to improving healthcare quality and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements center or division-based strategies to reduce supply expense
Identifies and implements supply expense margin improvement
Participates in monthly operating reports and supply expense planning
Facilitates value analysis meetings
Utilizes clinical product value analysis committees to review products and technology
Builds relationships and increases customer satisfaction with leadership and clinical leaders
Implements continuous quality improvement processes for supplies and technology
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy or other Allied Health Profession
Experience in healthcare value analysis, clinical supply chain, or acute care hospital performance
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Three years of value analysis/clinical/leadership experience
LPN/RN, Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Value Analysis Health Professional (CVAHP) or similar credential
