Responsibilities
Director or Outpatient Services- Behavioral Health
Horizon Health is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services for our client hospital Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville, MS. The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the overall functioning of the Behavioral Health Outpatient program. The Director of Outpatient Services responsibilities include the development and implementation of high-quality outpatient treatment programs, the overall management of the outpatient program, and supervisionof clinical staff.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day clinical operations
Assures the clinic is appropriatelystaffed to meet operational needs
Assists in hiring, developing and retaining staff
Communicates needs of patients
Facilitates referrals to outside sources for services as needed
Evaluates, facilitates and monitors services and patient progress in relationship to establishedgoals of treatment plan
Works collaboratively with administration staff and physician leadership
Conducts individual, family and group assessments as needed.
Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications
Master's degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or related field highly preferred
Active RN, LPC, or LMSW preferred
3+ years of relevant work experience
Maintain valid state driver's license
