Job Description
Join McDonough Hyundai as an Automotive Service Advisor, where you'll ensure exceptional customer service, manage service orders, and support technicians. Be part of a dynamic team that values your contributions and fosters a rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee service orders and the flow of Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by performing additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person.
Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Efficiently distribute work between technicians.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools as necessary.
Oversee the administration of warranty claims, as well as the training and supervision of the service department.
Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain good working relationships with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations.
